Key Responsibilities
* Ensure the highest levels of customer service are delivered by the entire store team.
* Create innovative approaches to attract new customers, expand store traffic, and enhance profitability.
* Track brand performance, review stock levels, and monitor best sellers and slow-moving stock.
* Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.
* Coach, train, and mentor the store teams to enhance customer service levels.
* Plan, organize, and execute in-store processes including cash intake and handling, and stock-take administration management.## Requirements
* 4 – 5 years’ industry experience with Managerial Background experience.
* Proven record of maximizing business performance.
* Good understanding of main customer segments.
* Ability to identify critical paths and proactively convene the right stakeholders.
* Ability to make hard decisions and delegate effectively.## Benefits
