Key Responsibilities Execute mannequin styling in line with visual merchandising directives, current trends, and brand vision.
Implement new seasonal visual guidelines by interpreting concepts accurately and adapting them to store requirements.
Create wall and table displays that reflect creativity, innovation, and approved visual concepts.
Maintain strong product knowledge including key investments, best sellers, and seasonal focus looks.
Manage POP and mannequin assets including identification, storage, care, returns, and campaign readiness.
Implement all visual merchandising processes and procedures to ensure best practices across the store.
Support back-of-house coordination to help service the sales floor, including POP management, wardrobe imagery, and benefit signage.
Make visual merchandising decisions based on business performance, best sellers, and department results.
Contribute to photo reports and work with Assistant Visual Merchandisers to create presentation reports and maintain visual records of all updates and campaigns.
Support Marketing Initiatives Review delivery of visual activities against approved schedules and timelines.
Manage and implement seasonal marketing updates including wardrobe images and benefit signage.
Provide feedback to line managers and local suppliers on the quality and relevance of visual materials.
Manage marketing carts, visual merchandising costs, and props within approved budgets.
Execute campaigns and events in collaboration with agencies to ensure correct and high-quality implementation.
Ideal Profile Experience in visual merchandising within a retail environment.
Strong understanding of commercial visual standards and brand presentation.
Creative mindset with attention to detail and visual storytelling skills.
Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with store and marketing teams.
