Key Responsibilities Describe product features, benefits, and usage clearly to customers Educate customers on brand quality standards, specifications, and product care Advise customers on product ranges best suited to their needs and preferences Answer customer queries to support informed purchasing decisions Provide information on warranties, features, specifications, maintenance, and care Ensure customer needs are met and complaints are resolved or escalated appropriately Maintain awareness of new product launches, promotions, and sales events Achieve sales targets through effective selling techniques, upselling, and cross-selling Ensure promotions and pricing are accurate and aligned with company policies Compute sale prices and discounts and maintain accurate sales records Process cash, change, and card payments and generate invoices and receipts Operate as a cashier when required, ensuring accuracy in money handling Follow after-sales processes and adhere to repair and return policies Comply with loss prevention guidelines, inventory controls, and SOPs Support in-store merchandising through proper product placement and arrangement Maintain high standards of housekeeping, grooming, and store presentation Self-Management and Development Define performance goals with the reporting manager and work consistently to achieve them Take ownership of personal learning and development plans Stay updated with new sales techniques, product knowledge, and industry trends Demonstrate professionalism, accountability, and continuous improvement Ideal Profile Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Customer-focused attitude with a passion for sales Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment Basic numeracy skills for handling transactions accurately Why Join Us Opportunity to work with a leading retail and lifestyle group in the Middle East Exposure to a diverse portfolio of international and home-grown brands Customer-facing role with strong learning and growth potential Structured retail environment with performance-based development opportunities About the Company Gulf Marketing Group is a leading family-owned company in the Middle East with operations across the GCC.
