Key Responsibilities Explain product features, benefits, and usage to customers, demonstrating correct handling where required.
Educate customers on brand quality standards, specifications, and performance attributes.
Advise customers on suitable product ranges based on needs and preferences.
Respond to customer queries related to warranties, specifications, care, and maintenance.
Deliver exceptional customer service, resolving complaints or escalating issues as per policy.
Stay informed about new product launches, promotions, and sales events.
Achieve individual sales targets through effective selling, up-selling, and cross-selling techniques.
Ensure pricing and promotions are accurate and compliant with company standards.
Calculate sales prices and applicable discounts and maintain accurate sales records.
Process cash, card, and other payment methods accurately and issue invoices and receipts.
Operate as a cashier when required, ensuring accuracy in money handling.
Follow after-sales procedures, including returns and repairs, in line with company policies.
Adhere to loss prevention measures, inventory controls, and standard operating procedures.
Support store merchandising through proper product placement and arrangement.
Maintain high standards of housekeeping, presentation, and grooming at all times.
Ideal Profile Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-focused mindset with enthusiasm for sports and retail brands.
Ability to meet sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail in cash handling and store procedures.
Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays.
