Job Summary

Supports the Store Manager in overseeing daily retail operations, ensuring excellent customer service, achieving sales targets, and maintaining store standards. This role involves supervising staff, managing inventory, and assisting with administrative and operational duties to ensure smooth store performance.

Key Responsibilities
:

• Assist the Store Manager in daily store operations and staff supervision
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
• Support in achieving sales targets and implementing sales strategies
• Supervise, train, and motivate store staff
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally
• Maintain visual merchandising and store cleanliness standards
• Assist with inventory control, stock replenishment, and stock counts
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards
• Prepare reports on sales performance, staffing, and inventory
• Act as Store Manager in their absence
• Knowledge in all the items which the store has
• Direct communication with suppliers
• Strong ability in negotiating prices with suppliers

Qualifications & Skills:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
• 3–5 years of experience in retail, with supervisory experience preferred
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Sales-driven with good problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Proficiency in POS systems and MS Office applications
