Key Responsibilities Coordinate with brand teams to receive product lists and ensure timely submission to the studio for photography Gather, validate, and organize product details including names, attributes, pricing, and descriptions before upload Verify product categorization, image quality, and data accuracy prior to publishing online Manage product photo reshoot requests and ensure prompt completion in coordination with studio teams Oversee sample tracking between brand, inventory, and studio departments to meet upload deadlines Maintain and monitor the studio schedule to ensure consistent content flow Assist the Buyer and Merchandising Manager in preparing product and upload performance reports Support the overall ecommerce team by ensuring product listings meet brand guidelines and platform standards Ideal Profile Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Fashion Management, or related field 1–3 years of experience in ecommerce operations, data entry, or product upload management Strong attention to detail and ability to handle large data sets accurately Familiarity with ecommerce platforms and content management systems (CMS) Good coordination and communication skills to liaise between multiple teams Basic understanding of photography, product attributes, and categorization processes Proficient in MS Excel and other data management tools Skills Set Ecommerce Product Management Data Entry and Product Upload Product Photography Coordination Quality Assurance and Accuracy Checks CMS and Studio Workflow Management Cross-Functional Coordination Reporting and Documentation Why Join Us Be part of a leading retail group representing over 75 global fashion and lifestyle brands Gain experience in ecommerce operations and digital retail growth Work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment that values quality and collaboration Competitive salary, employee benefits, and opportunities for career development About the Company Apparel Group is a global retail and lifestyle conglomerate headquartered in Dubai, representing more than 75 international brands and operating over 2,000 stores across 14 countries.
