Job DescriptionJOB PURPOSE
Manage and audit system, framework, policies, procedures and protocols related to security and monitoring department in line with international standards and best practices.
Key Results Accountabilities- Perform other related responsibilities associated with the position as appropriate.
- Prepare and develop the general framework for corporate security governance, systems, policies and standards in line with all RTA agencies and sectors, and investigate the extent of compliance with the implementation and performance indicators.
- Prepare and develop clear standards for different levels of security alerts and response plans for each level to ensure that security threats are limited in cooperation with the concerned authorities and ensure the commitment for applying in agencies and sectors.
- Develop and update all kinds of threats/security impacts at the corporate level that may affect RTA to identify risk levels and facilitate the preparation of security response plans.
- Contribute to the development of corporate security policies and ensure their understanding and effective implementation in all agencies.
- Provide practical ideas for continuous development, and maintain, monitor and review the effectiveness of corporate security framework of RTA in accordance with international standards of corporate security management and best current global practices.
- Develop and update the security threats register in coordination with the concerned departments in RTA and safety, risks and crisis regulation and planning team.
- Provide technical support through integration between security and monitoring systems with other systems in RTA.
- Provide support in the audit and implementation of corporate security strategies in accordance with section manager directions and ensure the implementation in all agencies and conduct internal audit on the security management system in RTA.
- Plan and implement awareness activities for various security policies and procedures for RTA agencies and prepare awareness programs relating to security.
- Review the analysis of existing studies in the development of security engineering projects that achieve the control and security control for RTA assets and projects, and ensure that the technical specifications relating to the security requirements to be followed by all RTA agencies and sectors according to the best standards.
- Develop policies, strategies, plans and programs related to security training for security guards, section staff, RTA staff, security coordinators and security threat officers depend on the training needs of each category.
- Develop and evaluate plans for the evacuation of agencies and sectors in terms of security in coordination with external and internal partners.
- Develop security plans by analyzing threats to handle security challenges and adapt RTA security readiness based on information received from strategic security partners.
- Assist in the preparation of annual budget and forecasting, implement policies, provide recommendations for specific modifications during the implementation of security management to meet the operational needs.

Education:
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration from a recognized university. Master’s preferred.
- Computer-literate performer with extensive software proficiency covering wide variety of applications
- Resourceful team player who excels at building trusting relationships with customers and colleagues
- Highly analytical thinking with demonstrated talent for identifying, scrutinizing, improving, and streamlining complex work processes.
- Innovative problem-solver who can generate workable solutions and resolve complaints
- 8 years of related working experience
