• Continuously observe live CCTV footage across multiple monitors to identify irregular activities.
• Respond promptly to alarms or alerts and coordinate with security personnel or emergency responders.
• Maintain detailed records of surveillance activities, incidents, and equipment status.
• Perform routine checks and maintenance of CCTV equipment to ensure optimal functionality.
• Collaborate with hospital security and administrative teams to enhance safety measures.
• Adhere strictly to confidentiality and data protection policies regarding recorded footage.
• Assist in reviewing recorded footage during investigations or audits.

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in security or surveillance preferred.
• Proven experience operating CCTV or surveillance systems, preferably in a healthcare or similar environment.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to remain alert for extended periods.
• Basic technical skills to troubleshoot and maintain CCTV equipment.
• Excellent communication skills to report incidents clearly and effectively.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
