Overview
We are looking for a Security Manager who will perform the following roles:
- Supervise security guards, shift schedules, and deployment
- Conduct regular site inspections and ensure compliance with security standards
- Coordinate with authorities (Dubai Police, Civil Defense, SIRA) when required
- Handle incident reports, investigations, and emergency response
- Monitor CCTV operations and access control systems
- Prepare daily and monthly security reports
- Train security staff and ensure proper discipline and performance
- Ensure all security activities comply with SIRA regulations
