Python Developer

Position Overview:

Synergy-Konvergense, a leading advertising, marketing, and digital agency based in Dubai, is seeking an experienced Python Developer. In this vital role, you will design and build cutting-edge applications, tools, and platforms to enhance our digital services. We are looking for candidates with strong coding skills, a deep understanding of Python, and the creativity to innovate. Responsibilities:

• Design and Development: Develop, implement, and maintain high-quality Python applications to support client projects and internal needs.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, marketing, and analytics, to create cohesive solutions.
• Problem Solving: Analyze and resolve complex issues related to development and deployment.
• Optimization: Optimize existing systems for scalability, speed, and efficiency.
• Code Review: Conduct and participate in code reviews, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards.
• Documentation: Create comprehensive documentation for code and systems to enhance team collaboration and future maintenance.

Educational Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.

Professional Experience:

• Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience in Python development.
• Solid experience with frameworks such as Django, Flask, or other Python-based frameworks.
• Proven experience with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, Postgre
  
  SQL) and version control systems (e.g., Git).

Skills and Other Requirements:

• Strong proficiency in Python and a good understanding of various Python libraries and tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Understanding of the entire development process, including specification, documentation, testing, and maintenance.

Additional Preferences:

• Knowledge of other programming languages is beneficial but not required.
• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure is a plus.
• Knowledge of Dev Ops practices and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) is preferred.
