We are looking for an experienced Oracle APEX Developer (EBS) to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, customizing, and enhancing Oracle APEX applications in an Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) environment. You will work closely with both technical and functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business requirements and ensure optimal system performance.

• Design, develop, and implement custom applications using Oracle APEX integrated with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS).
• Work with functional consultants to understand business requirements and translate them into effective Oracle APEX-based solutions.
• Develop custom reports, workflows, forms, and dashboards using Oracle APEX to enhance the EBS environment.
• Integrate Oracle APEX applications with Oracle EBS modules, using PL/SQL, Web Services, and other integration tools.
• Write and optimize PL/SQL code for Oracle EBS and APEX applications to ensure efficient performance.
• Develop and maintain user-friendly, responsive, and high-performing web applications using Oracle APEX.
• Conduct testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of APEX applications in the EBS environment.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Oracle APEX solutions, ensuring they are fully aligned with business needs.
• Assist with Oracle EBS upgrades, patches, and migrations by developing necessary customizations and integrations.
• Collaborate with project stakeholders, including business users and other IT teams, to ensure that project timelines and objectives are met.
• Provide documentation, training, and user support for all Oracle APEX applications developed.

• Strong experience with Oracle APEX development, including creating web applications, reports, and dashboards.
• Solid understanding of Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS), with hands-on experience in customizing and integrating EBS modules such as Financials, HRMS, SCM, Procurement, etc.
• Expertise in PL/SQL development for both Oracle APEX and EBS customizations.
• Experience with Oracle Web Services and data integration methods for connecting Oracle APEX with Oracle EBS and other third-party applications.
• Knowledge of Oracle EBS architecture, including Application Object Library (AOL), Concurrent Programs, and personalization.
• Understanding of Oracle APEX security best practices and user role management.

• Experience with Oracle EBS R12 and its various modules (e.g., Financials, Supply Chain, Procurement).
• Familiarity with Oracle Cloud Applications and integration with on-premise EBS.
• Knowledge of version control tools and deployment strategies for Oracle APEX applications.
• Experience with Oracle BI Publisher and reporting tools is a plus.
• Understanding of the Agile methodology and experience in working within Agile teams.
• Oracle APEX or Oracle EBS certifications are a plus.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Relevant Oracle certifications in APEX or EBS are highly desirable.
