We are looking for a skilled Java Developer to contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have experience in writing well-designed, testable, and efficient Java code and tests.

• Contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle.
• Good to have Cards knowledge
• Write well-designed, testable, efficient Java code and tests (unit and integration)
• Ensure designs are following specifications including code quality and code coverage.
• Prepare and produce releases of software components.
• Support continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and technologies and presenting these for architectural review.

Required Skills And Qualifications

• 8-10 years of proven experience in Java development.
• Expertise in Java, Spring, JPA, JEE, Struts, Spring MVC, and Spring Boot frameworks.
• Hands-on deployment experience with AWS, JBOSS, Web Sphere, and Web Logic servers.
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Experience with migration of legacy applications to microservices architecture on AWS Cloud.
• Proficiency in working with databases such as Oracle and DB2.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Sound experience in writing automated test cases using JUnit, Gherkin, and Cucumber
• Strong troubleshooting ability and technical analysis skills – performance optimization included.
• Profound insight of Java and JEE internals (Class loading, Memory Management, Transaction management etc)

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Certification in Java or related technologies is a plus.
• Experience with cloud technologies, especially AWS, is advantageous.
