Develop a state‑of‑the‑art online learning platform handling hundreds of students simultaneously and scaling to thousands. Lead architecture, performance, AI integration, and intuitive UI/UX.
Responsibilities- Develop new features that enhance the Paradox App and redefine how users learn online.
- Implement AI‑driven functionalities to personalize the learning experience.
- Continuously test, iterate, and push boundaries to improve performance and usability.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate feedback and iterate rapidly.
- Ensure the application handles large concurrent users while maintaining speed and reliability.
- Optimize resource usage and infrastructure costs without sacrificing performance.
- Leverage CDN and caching strategies to improve global load times.
- Work with product and design teams to build intuitive, beautiful, and efficient interfaces.
- Rapidly prototype features to test and refine customer experiences.
- Incorporate AI and automation to enhance user interactions.
- Investigate and resolve technical challenges for a seamless user journey.
- Analyze recurring issues and proactively implement solutions.
- Work across teams to ensure a stable system.
- Participate in tech architecture discussions and planning sessions.
- Provide and seek constructive feedback to improve the dev process.
- Work within Agile frameworks for timely, high‑quality delivery.
- 3‑6 years of Full Stack Development, Lead Development or CTO experience.
- Deep expertise in Type Script & React.js (min 3 years).
- Proficient with Tailwind CSS for responsive designs.
- Strong AI mindset – actively integrate AI into workflow.
- Passion for clean, maintainable, scalable code.
- Experience with Nest.js.
- Experience with Chargebee API, Zoho Books API.
- Experience with LMS applications and mobile development.
- Problem‑solver thriving on challenges.
- Detail‑oriented; clean code signature.
- Autonomous and proactive; brings ideas to the table.
- Love learning, iterating, and improving.
- Continuously experiments with new technologies.
- Organized, rigorous, and adaptable.
French and English fluency is required.
