Senior Blazor Developer

- Design, develop, and maintain advanced web applications using Blazor and .NET technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features and enhancements.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions with a focus on scalability and performance.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices and coding standards.
- Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior developers.
- Optimize application performance and troubleshoot complex issues across the stack.
- Integrate APIs and services to extend application functionality.
- Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Ensure the security and integrity of applications through rigorous testing and validation.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive continuous improvement.
- 5+ years of professional experience in software development, with a focus on .NET and Blazor Web Assembly.
- Build reusable components and ensure responsive design.
- Strong understanding of C#, .NET Core, and related frameworks.
- Experience with RESTful APIs, web services, and integration patterns.
- Solid knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
- Familiarity with Azure Dev Ops.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fully remote environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Bonus:
Experience with SQL Server, Figma, MAUI, or PWAs.
