Our client are looking to hire a Head of Game Design to combine mathematical expertise with creative vision and deliver world-class slot experiences enjoyed by millions worldwide. This is an opportunity to work with a global leader shaping the future of online iGaming.

As Head of Game Design, the role leads the development of innovative slot games, ensuring every concept is backed by robust mathematical models. The role will also manage a small team (Across multiple time zones) of mathematicians, guiding them to create engaging, high-performing games that set new standards in the industry.

The role will design and validate math models for slot games, including RTP, hit rates, and volatility profiles. Responsibilities involve developing custom programming tools and running simulations to verify game logic. In addition, the role will lead and mentor a team of mathematicians, fostering creativity and precision, while presenting game concepts to senior stakeholders and collaborating with prototype and server development teams.

Producing detailed math documentation and ensuring seamless integration with game architecture will be a core part of your responsibilities.

Our client is seeking a Head of Game Design with a strong mathematical background, ideally in statistics, probability, or related fields. Proficiency in programming for simulations and prototype development is essential, along with a deep understanding of slot mechanics and current market trends. Previous experience in iGaming is required, and excellent communication skills with fluency in English are a must.
