Creator and Content Manager Chinese Speaking

About the Team The LIVE Operations team is obsessed with everything to do with Tik Tok LIVE. From content strategy, monetization, gifting, LIVE features, data analysis, creating campaigns and ensuring a fun and safe space for all of our LIVE users.

- Primarily responsible for optimizing the overall live streaming quality in the MENA region by improving creators' streaming skills and visual quality.

• Study and summarize effective live streaming methodologies from Douyin, lead interns in analyzing top-tier live streams in the MENA region, and develop a localized methodology for live streaming techniques. Collaborate with the education team to create training materials.
• Provide one-on-one operational support and on-site support to creators and agencies, create showcases for streaming techniques improvement, and establish best practices while iteratively refining strategies.
• Drive large-scale adoption of streaming techniques among all creators through educational initiatives, agency management, and marketing efforts to elevate overall live streaming quality.
• Collaborate with the recommendation team to enable machine learning for high-quality content features, building data feature recognition capabilities for streaming techniques and visual quality.

Minimum Qualifications :

• Full professional proficiency in written and oral communication in Chinese, English and Arabic as required to liaise and work within markets. Must be able to directly understand live streaming content and summarize streaming techniques.
  
  - At least 3 years of experience in product strategy in technology companies, with strong logical thinking, structured problem-solving skills, and excellence in teamwork and communication. Must demonstrate a high sense of responsibility, dedication, self-motivation, and basic data analysis capabilities.
• Based in Dubai. Watch live streams or short-form video content on a regular basis.
