**** About the Role
** We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Frontend Developer to lead the design and development of modern, responsive, and high-performance user interfaces for business-critical applications. This role focuses on delivering exceptional user experiences, translating business requirements into intuitive digital interfaces, and collaborating closely with backend, product, and design teams to build scalable and maintainable frontend solutions.
** Key Responsibilities
**** Frontend Architecture & Development
** Design, develop, and maintain scalable frontend applications using modern frameworks and libraries. Define frontend architecture, component structures, and UI standards to ensure consistency and maintainability. Translate UX/UI designs into high-quality, responsive, and accessible interfaces.
** User Experience & Performance Optimization
** Optimize frontend applications for speed, usability, and cross-browser compatibility. Ensure responsive design across web and mobile devices. Implement performance best practices to enhance application load times and user engagement.
** Integration & API Consumption
** Integrate frontend applications with backend services and APIs. Handle data rendering, state management, and error handling effectively. Collaborate with backend teams to define API contracts and data flows.
** Code Quality & Best Practices
** Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry best practices. Conduct code reviews and enforce frontend coding standards. Implement testing strategies to ensure stability and reliability.
** Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement
** Work closely with product managers, designers, and developers to deliver features aligned with business needs. Participate in sprint planning, technical discussions, and solution design reviews. Provide clear technical input on feasibility, timelines, and implementation approaches.
** Technical Leadership & Mentoring
** Mentor junior frontend developers and support team skill development. Contribute to architectural decisions and technology selection. Promote continuous improvement in frontend development processes.
** Qualifications & Experience
** Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. 6–10 years of experience in frontend development with modern JavaScript frameworks. Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.

Experience with responsive design, UI libraries, and component-based architectures. Familiarity with state management, RESTful APIs, and frontend performance optimization.

Experience with version control systems and CI/CD workflows. Strong communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
