• Lead the development and implementation of responsive, user‑centric web interfaces for healthcare, medical, and wellness clients.
• Take ownership of translating complex UI/UX designs into clean, maintainable, and high‑performance front‑end code.
• Mentor and guide junior developers, ensuring the adoption of best practices and high standards in front‑end development.
• Drive the technical direction of front‑end architecture, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and performance.
• Lead efforts to optimize web applications for speed, performance, and cross‑browser compatibility.
• Work closely with designers, digital marketers, and project managers to ensure seamless collaboration and execution of design concepts and marketing initiatives.
• Oversee front‑end integration for SEO, CRO, and performance optimization initiatives.
• Participate in the review and feedback process to align design and development goals.
• Take the lead in optimizing websites for performance, scalability, and speed.
• Ensure best practices for responsive design across all devices and implement accessibility guidelines (WCAG).
• Stay on top of web performance trends and incorporate the latest optimization techniques.
• Oversee the maintenance and evolution of websites built on CMS platforms such as Word Press.

• 3+ years of professional experience in front‑end development, with a proven track record of delivering complex web applications.
• Strong experience in developing responsive, high‑quality user interfaces; experience in healthcare, medical, or regulated industries is a plus.
• Hands‑on experience with front‑end frameworks such as React, Vue.js, or similar.
• Expertise in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript, with advanced knowledge of modern front‑end development practices.
• Strong familiarity with version control systems like Git and collaboration tools such as Figma or Adobe XD.
• Experience with CMS platforms, especially Word Press, and familiarity with custom theme and plugin development.

• Deep understanding of responsive design principles, cross‑browser compatibility, and mobile‑first development.
• Expertise in front‑end frameworks (React, Vue, Angular, etc.) and CSS preprocessors/frameworks (Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap).
• Knowledge of performance optimization techniques such as lazy loading, image optimization, and minimizing JavaScript bundle sizes.
• Familiarity with JavaScript build tools, package managers (npm, yarn), and bundlers (Webpack, Vite).
• Strong understanding of SEO best practices related to front‑end development.
