🚀 About the role and your impact

• You’ll join Bluerails as a full-stack engineer, collaborating closely with the founding team to build and enhance our API-first stablecoin infrastructure platform, enabling seamless global payments and treasury management
• You’ll take ownership of critical aspects of Bluerails’ technical strategy, working directly with our founders and early engineering hires to ensure scalability, security, and robust functionality
• You’ll shape Bluerails’ product development and company culture, significantly influencing how businesses globally manage stable coins and execute cross-border transactions
• You’ll define and implement Bluerails’ application architecture, ensuring the infrastructure is reliable, performant, and intuitive for our users
• You’ll grow professionally as part of a fast-moving, innovative team – Bluerails is committed to investing in your continuous learning and career development

We currently utilize the following technologies at Bluerails, but continuously evaluate and adapt our tools based on product requirements and user experience:

• Typescript – for our main application backend and frontend code
• Postgre
  
  SQL for our db
• Golang – for performance critical code, such as our ledger
• AWS – for all our infra and Pulumi to manage it

🌟 About you and what you will bring

• You’re passionate about blockchain technology, stable coins, and financial infrastructure. You want your work to make meaningful global impact
• You have 7+ years of experience as a full-stack engineer, skilled in developing modern, complex web applications
• You’re proficient in Type Script across the full stack and familiar (or eager to quickly learn) technologies such as Remix/Node, React, and PostgreSQL
• You pride yourself on delivering well-documented, robust, and well-tested code
• You thrive in small, highly collaborative, and agile teams, eager to grow alongside ambitious colleagues
