Senior Full‑Stack Engineer (Node.js, Vue/React & AI Solutions)

Full‑time; offices in Dubai, Lisbon, or fully remote from anywhere in the world.

French and English fluency is required.

Your main goal is to take Paradox’s online learning experience to the next level by building the new Paradox App, a state‑of‑the‑art application that integrates AI and delivers an unparalleled user experience. You will be the key player in creating an online learning management system that can handle several cohorts of hundreds of students simultaneously and scales effortlessly to support thousands of students.

• Build & innovate: develop new features, implement AI‑driven functionalities, test, iterate, and improve performance and usability.
• Ensure scalability & performance: maintain speed and reliability under large concurrent loads, optimize resource usage and infrastructure costs, and leverage CDN and caching strategies.
• User‑centered design: work with product and design teams, prototype features, and incorporate AI to enhance interactions.
• Problem solving & troubleshooting: investigate and resolve technical challenges, proactively prevent issues, and work across teams to maintain system stability.
• Collaboration & communication: participate in architecture discussions, provide constructive feedback, and deliver on time within Agile frameworks.

• 3–6 years of experience in Full‑Stack Development or as CTO of a startup.
• Deep expertise in Type Script & React.js (minimum 3 years).
• Proficient in Tailwind CSS for responsive designs.
• Strong AI mindset—actively integrating AI into workflows.
• Passion for writing clean, maintainable, and scalable code.

• Experience with Nest.js.
