Black Stone eIT, a forefront technology company, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Frontend Developer specializing in React JS to join our innovative team. In this role, you will be instrumental in building and maintaining complex web applications that deliver exceptional user experiences.
As a Senior Frontend Developer at Black Stone eIT, you will collaborate closely with UI/UX designers, backend developers, and other stakeholders to transform business requirements into robust technical solutions. Utilizing your deep understanding of React JS along with other frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, you will craft responsive and intuitive user interfaces that enhance our product offerings.
Responsibilities- Design and implement feature-rich web applications using React JS.
- Work with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, transforming them into technical solutions.
- Ensure the responsiveness and performance of applications by following best practices in coding and architecture.
- Stay current with industry trends, tools, and frameworks to continuously improve the development process.
- Perform code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers, promoting a culture of excellence.
- Collaborate with design teams to translate UI/UX designs into functional web interfaces.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in front-end development using React.js.
- Strong understanding of responsive web design, performance optimization, and mobile-first design.
- Experience integrating with backend services, APIs, and working closely with backend teams.
- Familiarity with UX/UI principles and tools.
- Experience with customer and staff-facing web applications (e.g., DMRS, ERAD) and working on digital channels (web apps, mobile apps, Whats App integration).
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Good understanding of RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
