We are looking for a hands‑on AI Engineer with deep expertise in open‑source, open‑weight large language models (LLMs) and end‑to‑end software integration. This role is ideal for someone excited to build production‑ready AI systems across education, fintech, and business automation.

As part of our innovation‑driven team, you’ll work on projects ranging from:

• Building personal AI tutors for students and teachers in schools.
• Automating workflows for brick‑and‑mortar businesses (AI agents handling outbound lead nurturing calls, follow‑ups, and sales closure).

• Fine‑tune and optimize open‑source/open‑weight models (LLaMA, Mistral, Falcon, etc.) for real‑world use cases.
• Integrate models with applications, APIs, and databases to deliver scalable AI solutions.
• Develop and deploy AI agents for tasks such as tutoring, lead nurturing, and workflow automation.
• Work with retrieval‑augmented generation (RAG) pipelines, vector databases, and orchestration frameworks (Lang Chain, Llama Index).
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design production‑ready AI workflows.
• Stay ahead of new advancements in AI/ML, generative AI, and agent frameworks.

• Proven experience training/fine‑tuning LLMs and deploying them in production.
• Strong background in software engineering (microservices, APIs, web integrations).
• Familiarity with AI for education, fintech, or workflow automation.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to take projects from concept to deployment.
