Full Stack Developer - EdTech

Paradox is building a next‑generation online learning platform that blends AI, UX/UI design, and scalable technology to empower millions of learners. We are looking for an ambitious Full Stack Engineer to join us in shaping the future of EdTech.

This is a full‑time position based in Dubai, Lisbon, or fully remote from anywhere in the world. French and English fluency is required.

As the key technical lead, you will elevate Paradox’s online learning experience by building the Paradox App—an AI‑driven, high‑performance learning management system. You will design, implement, and scale features that can host thousands of concurrent students while delivering a seamless, personalized experience.

• Build & Innovate
  : develop new features, implement AI‑driven functionalities, iterate rapidly, and continuously improve performance and usability.
• Scalability & Performance
  : ensure the application handles large volumes of concurrent users, optimize resources, and apply CDN and caching strategies.
• User‑Centered Design
  : collaborate with product and design teams to create intuitive interfaces, prototype, and incorporate AI to enhance interactions.
• Problem Solving & Troubleshooting
  : investigate technical challenges, implement preventive solutions, and coordinate across teams for a stable system.
• Collaboration & Communication
  : participate in architecture discussions, share constructive feedback, and deliver on Agile plans.

• 3–6 years of full‑stack development experience or a CTO of a startup.
• Deep expertise in Type Script & React.js (minimum 3 years).
• Proficiency with Tailwind CSS.
• Strong AI mindset; actively integrate AI into your workflow.
• Passion for clean, maintainable, and scalable code.

• Experience with Nest.js.
• Experience with LMS applications and mobile development.
