This is a fully remote, contract-based role designed for engineers who excel at building scalable APIs, orchestrating intelligent services, and integrating cutting-edge frameworks like Lang Chain and Lang Graph.

Position Overview As a Python Backend Developer, you will design and maintain backend services powering LLM-based systems, focusing on performance, observability, and scalability. Your work will involve creating RAG pipelines, implementing AI orchestration layers, and ensuring seamless integration for enterprise-grade applications. What You’ll Do Develop robust, production-grade backend services and REST APIs using Python.
Design and maintain scalable AI-driven workflows, including Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines.
Integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) like OpenAI and Anthropic using Lang Chain, Lang Graph, or similar frameworks.
Implement observability, logging, and fault-tolerant architectures for distributed systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure clean, maintainable, and efficient solutions. Ideal Profile 5+ years of experience in backend development (or full-stack with backend focus).
Strong expertise in Python, API architecture, and microservices.
Proven experience deploying LLM-based solutions in production environments.
Hands-on knowledge of Lang Chain, Lang Graph, or similar AI orchestration frameworks.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), and cloud environments.
