• Design and deliver engaging physical education lessons for KS4/KS5 students.
• Implement competitive and recreational sports programs (athletics, football, netball, basketball, swimming, fencing, padel).
• Facilitate health and fitness activities including strength training, endurance, flexibility, and injury prevention.
• Plan and conduct movement & coordination work such as gymnastics and agility training.
• Lead sports leadership initiatives and strategy, including coaching, teamwork, and game analysis.
• Support inter‑school competitions and extracurricular athletic programmes, integrating modern training techniques.
• Collaborate with colleagues to promote a holistic educational experience.

• Hold a BEd, Bachelor’s degree with PGCE/PGDE or equivalent.
• A Masters degree or equivalent qualification is preferred.
• Have proven experience teaching PE to KS4/KS5 or equivalent.
• Show willingness to collaborate and share best practice.
• Demonstrate a growth mindset, reflective and solution‑focused.
• Be creative, enthusiastic, and able to inspire learners.
• Possess excellent interpersonal skills to work with colleagues, students, and parents.
• Have a track record of delivering outstanding learning outcomes.
