We're looking for an energetic and passionate Class Instructor/Floor Assistant to join a growing fitness team. This full-­time position combines class instruction with gym floor engagement, ensuring every member receives a high-­quality, motivating experience from the moment they walk in.

You will play a key role in delivering premium class experiences while supporting members on the gym floor through inductions, technique guidance, and an engaging, supportive presence.

• Deliver high-energy, engaging group classes across multiple disciplines (HIIT, Spin, Circuit Training, Strength, Yoga, etc.) based on the studio's class timetable.
• Ensure all classes are delivered safely, with correct form, flow, and atmosphere.
• Build strong relationships with members to encourage attendance, consistency, and retention.
• Represent the brand with professionalism, enthusiasm, and genuine passion for fitness.

• Conduct member inductions, orientations, and check-ins, ensuring new members feel confident and supported.
• Provide exercise advice, spotting, and technique assistance.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, equipment organisation, and safety.
• Be a visible and approachable presence, creating a welcoming environment for all members.
• Support promotional events, community activities, and member challenges as required.

• Minimum Level 3 Personal Training or Group Exercise Certification (REPs UAE or equivalent).
• Proven experience teaching group fitness classes and working in a gym environment.
• Excellent communication, energy, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team and adapt to a dynamic class schedule.
• Passionate about fitness, health, and creating a positive member experience.

• Full-time position combining class instruction and gym floor hours.
• Up to 48 total working hours per week (24 teaching + 24 floor hours).
