Are you a passionate, energetic, and experienced Personal Trainer ready to join one of Dubai’s most established and community-driven fitness brands?

We’re looking for 2 qualified Female Personal Trainers who bring confidence, professionalism, and authenticity to their sessions. You’ll be part of a high-energy environment that values teamwork, results, and community spirit.

• Deliver personalized training sessions and build strong client relationships
• Help members achieve their fitness goals through expert coaching and motivation
• Represent the brand’s energetic, community-focused ethos both on and off the gym floor
• Maintain high professional standards and uphold the facility’s premium service quality

• Minimum 3 years of personal training experience preferred
• Recognised personal training qualification (minimal REPs Level 3 or equivalent)
• Confident, knowledgeable, and approachable personality
• Passion for fitness and commitment to helping others achieve results
• Must currently be based in the UAE (local hires preferred)

• First 3 months:
  Base salary: AED 4,500 + 50/50 split on PT sessions
• After first 3 months: AED 150 per session for first 40 sessions + 60% commission thereafter
• Visa
• Medical insurance provided
• Uniform provided
• 30 days paid annual leave + air ticket allowance every 2 years
• 6-day work week (schedule based on client requirements)
• Shift Type:
  First 3 months – shifts based on the business, 6 days working, 1 day off.
• No set schedule thereafter - schedule to be based on the PT client requirements. KPI to be met.
