• Lead group exercise classes to motivate and engage participants.
• Monitor member progress and adjust fitness programs as necessary.
• Provide nutritional and lifestyle advice to support overall wellness.
• Ensure the gym equipment is maintained, clean, and in safe working condition.
• Offer assistance and guidance on the usage of gym equipment to members.
• Maintain high customer service standards and respond to member inquiries effectively.
• Maintain a positive and encouraging environment to facilitate member retention.
• Stay updated with the latest fitness trends and integrate them into programs.
• Handle administrative tasks related to class schedules, bookings, and member records.

• Certification in personal training from a recognized fitness organization.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing fitness programs.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire.
• Ability to demonstrate and correct exercise techniques when necessary.
• A strong understanding of anatomy, nutrition, and exercise science.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
• First aid and CPR certification is highly desirable.
