We are currently seeking a Sports Event Manager to manage the preparation and on-site organisation of sports events in Dubai.

The role is 80% focused on sports events of different scales — from small chess championships (40 participants) to multi-day paddle tournaments with 70+ teams, as well as football tournaments.

You don't have to be a professional athlete, but you should genuinely enjoy working with sports events.

This is an on-site role
, and being present in the office is important for effective planning and coordination.

• Plan, prepare, and coordinate sports events from A to Z
• Manage logistics: venues, schedules, equipment, registrations, and suppliers
• Coordinate with referees, coaches, partners, and venues
• Be present on-site during events to ensure smooth execution
• Handle event timelines and solve operational issues quickly
• Support multiple events running across different dates and formats

• Experience in event coordination or operations (sports events are a strong plus)
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Willing to work a 6/1 schedule
• Flexible to work on some Sundays (day off will be moved to another day)
• Based in Dubai or willing to work fully on-site
