About the Role:As a Cargo Handover Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing cargo transfers, ensuring compliance with operational standards, and coordinating with various stakeholders to guarantee timely deliveries. Your ability to manage schedules, handle documentation, and liaise with ground handling teams will be essential in maintaining seamless logistics operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate and execute cargo handover procedures with airports, Dnata, and Emirates.
- Ensure compliance with operational and safety regulations during cargo transfers.
- Prepare and maintain accurate documentation of all cargo movements.
- Collaborate with airport staff, ground handling teams, and external partners to ensure efficiency.
- Monitor and adjust schedules to meet tight deadlines and operational requirements.
- Report daily operations and escalate discrepancies to supervisors for resolution.
- Higher Secondary school graduate.
- Proven experience in logistics, cargo handling, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in a high-pressure environment.
- Holding a Dangerous Goods (DG) license (preferred).
- Possession of a valid UAE driving license.
