Freight Forwarding Coordinator

We are looking for a motivated Freight Forwarding Coordinator to manage daily import and export operations in our Dubai office. You will handle shipment planning, documentation, customer communication, and coordination with carriers and customs. This role is essential to ensuring smooth and timely cargo movements across air, sea, and land.

• Coordinate import/export shipments and liaise with carriers, shipping lines, and transport partners.
• Prepare and review shipping documents (BL, AWB, invoices, packing lists, etc.).
• Communicate with customers and provide shipment updates.
• Coordinate customs clearance and ensure compliance with UAE regulations.
• Work with warehouse teams on loading, unloading, and delivery planning.
• Track shipments, resolve issues, and maintain accurate records.
• Support with rate requests, quotations, and basic job costing.

• More than 3 years of experience in freight forwarding or logistics within the UAE (preferred in Dubai).
• Strong knowledge of air, sea, and land freight operations.
• Experience with customs clearance procedures and UAE customs documentation is an advantage.
• Proficiency in preparing and reviewing shipping documents.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong command of English;
  Arabic is a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office and shipment tracking systems.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and time management.
• Problem-solving mindset with a proactive work approach.
