Air Traffic Controller - Dubai (DXB & DWC)

DFS Aviation Services Middle East is looking for highly motivated Tower/Aerodrome or Approach Air Traffic Controllers to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The role will be based in Dubai International Airport (DXB) or Al Maktoum International Airport (DWC) under Dubai Air Navigation Services (DANS).

• Manage air traffic flow and provide operators with slot allocation information to avoid congestion within or beyond DANS’ assigned areas.
• Co‑ordinate with appropriate external agencies in a timely manner, including adjacent ATCUs, UAE military, and Airside Operations.
• Adhere to ROSI reporting requirements, ensuring information is accurate, unambiguous, and complete.
• Contribute to an atmosphere of trust that encourages safety‑related reporting and fosters a culture of accountability.

• A validated ATC Licence with an Aerodrome/Tower or Approach Radar rating.
• Ideally 3 years of experience exercising that rating at a major international airport.
• Comprehensive knowledge of ATC procedures and standards.
• Knowledge of aviation safety management systems.
• At least ICAO Level 4 in English proficiency.

Assessments of Previous Competency (APC) will take place in Dubai throughout 2026.
