We are also operating Sweden’s largest truck dedicated public charging network and counting.

Your mission when joining the team at Einride will be to ensure the effective monitoring, maintenance, and performance of our electric trucks and trailers, thereby supporting our expanding fleet operations in the UAE.

• Fleet Management: Proactively monitor connected EV fleet (trucks & trailers) performance and operational status.
• Maintenance & Repair: Execute diagnostics, maintenance, and complex repairs (electrical/mechanical) on 6x4 electric trucks and 40-foot trailers, including emergency field service.
• Coordination & Reporting: Manage service logistics, coordinate 3rd party maintenance, maintain detailed documentation, and provide continuous improvement feedback.
• Travel: Required travel within the UAE for field operations and occasional international travel for training/support.

• Experience: Minimum 5 years with heavy-duty trucks/trailer systems in a high-paced, 24/7 operational environment. EV experience is a plus.

  Skills:
  
  Expert in 24-volt electrical diagnostics, troubleshooting, reading schematics, and mechanical principles.
• Communication: Excellent communicator with a service-oriented mindset. Fluency in Urdu, Punjabi, or Hindi to liaise with drivers.
• Operational Readiness: Flexibility for urgent/off-hours field tasks, willingness to travel, and possessing a manual car driving license (heavy-duty license is a strong asset).
