Logistics Coordinator

Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily inbound and outbound shipments (local and international).
- Arrange transportation with suppliers, carriers, and freight forwarders.
- Follow up on shipments, track delivery status, and resolve any delays or issues.
- Prepare and check shipping documents (invoices, packing lists, delivery notes, etc.).
- Coordinate with warehouse staff for receiving, storage, picking, and dispatch of goods.
- Update and maintain records in systems (ERP / WMS / TMS or Excel).
- Monitor stock levels and support inventory counting when required.
- Communicate with customers and internal departments regarding deliveries and orders.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and local regulations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration.
- Experience: [2 - 4] years in logistics, shipping, warehousing, or supply chain.
- Good understanding of logistics processes: shipping, transportation, and inventory.
- Strong computer skills (MS Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with ERP / WMS / TMS.
- Very good English (spoken and written);
Arabic or other languages are a plus. - Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a team and coordinate with different departments.
