Key Responsibilities
* Plan and manage the daily driver roster, ensuring company vehicles are well-maintained and efficiently utilized.
* Prepare delivery schedules and coordinate with stores for IBT collections and deliveries.
* Maintain and update all logistics documentation, including delivery notes and proof of delivery (PODs).
* Track and monitor stock collection and delivery activities using the shipment tracker.
* Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly logistics performance reports.
* Ensure all materials are delivered within the defined Turnaround Time (TAT).## Requirements
* Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
* 2–4 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, inventory coordination, or warehouse operations—preferably in retail or distribution.
* Experience working with freight forwarders, delivery partners, and customs processes (UAE experience is an advantage).
* Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
* Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar logistics platforms.
* Strong understanding of inventory flow, order processing, and shipment tracking.## Benefits
