• Raw material receiving and painting with colour coding for project-wise material issues.
• Paint receiving and storage in predefined locations; issuing paints job-wise.
• Record details of materials received in the store’s in‑ward register, both project-wise and supplier-wise.
• Raising delivery orders, stocking and releasing stock material.
• Collection of invoices from purchasers.
• Management of free‑issue and purchased material storage & identification records.
• Welding rod issue record and control.
• Recording delivery notes for all sub‑contractor jobs.
• Ordering daily consumable items by monitoring the minimum stock list.
