Storekeeper Job Location Dubai United Arab Emirates

• Plans and performs work that involves ordering, receiving, inspecting, returning, unloading, shelving, packing, labeling, pricing and delivering
• Sort, organize and store inventory in the proper location
• Report damaged or missing inventory to the immediate supervisor
• Update logs and documentation for inventory processing
• Move materials from facilities to workstations, pick‑up locations or other locations
• Wear safety gear at all times
• Supervise the offloading of incoming materials and carry out physical inspection and physical count to verify quantity and quality in line with the requirements mentioned on the purchase orders
• Arrange for inspection if required to complete the inspection before receiving the materials
• Keep raw material spares, finished products and other stock items well stacked in the designated storage area
• All the store materials should be easily accessible and safely handled per HSE guidelines, standards and procedures
• Ensure workspace is free of debris and remove safety hazards from aisles
• Work as an active team member to complete team goals
• Prepare documentation and inventory for audits
• Inspect deliveries for damage or discrepancies, report those to accounting for reimbursements and record‑keeping
• Ensure adequate record keeping and manage all documentation to confirm proper stock levels and maintain inventory control
• Maintain receipt records and withdrawals of the stockroom if any
• Process inventory for delivery
• Preferably knows how to speak English and Hindi
