Eine Forschungsinstitution im ETH-Bereich mit Sitz in Zürich sucht Fachkräfte für die Durchführung physikalischer Fehleranalysen an elektronischen Bauelementen sowie die analytische Begleitung interner Forschungsprojekte. Die Position erfordert eine abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung in Werkstofftechnik oder einen Bachelor in verwandten Bereichen. Bewerber sollten Kenntnisse in Halbleitertechnik und Erfahrung im Laborumfeld mitbringen. Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sind Voraussetzung, weitere Landessprachen von Vorteil.
