Purpose:

The Chem Care Price and Cost Supervisor leads a team responsible for maintaining customer pricing and vendor cost data in SAP. This role provides leadership, coaching, and oversight of pricing and cost management processes while ensuring data accuracy, compliance, and operational excellence.
Working closely with Strategic Pricing, Product Management, Commercial teams, and Shared Services partners, the supervisor drives process improvement, resolves escalations, and supports business growth through effective pricing administration and data governance. This is not a manufacturing, logistics, or plant operations role.

What You'll Do:

• Supervise daily team activities, workload prioritization, performance, and employee development
• Manage escalated pricing and cost issues through investigation and resolution
• Monitor team metrics, audits, and service levels while communicating results to leadership
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and controls
• Partner with Strategic Pricing, Product Management, Commercial teams, and Shared Services functions
• Support data governance, system enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives

What You'll Need:

• Experience leading and developing employees
• Background in Pricing, Commercial Operations, Master Data, Contract Administration, Revenue Management, or Shared Services environments
• Experience with SAP and Microsoft Office
• Proven process improvement and problem-solving skills
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management abilities
• Ability to balance day-to-day execution with strategic business needs
