• Manage workflow, review team output and ensure deadlines are met
• Prepare budgets, fee quotations, accounts and tax computations
• Maintain regular and effective communication with clients
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal procedures
• Support the development and implementation of improved departmental processes
• Monitor team performance and address personnel matters
• Oversee the allocation and effective use of departmental resources

• Ideally ACCA or ACA qualified with strong practice experience
• Strong technical knowledge and understanding of accounting standards
• Excellent communication and client relationship‑building skills
• Organised, proactive and skilled in managing workloads and deadlines
