Location: Brierley Hill
ADMIN ASSISTANT FOR STAFFING AND HR
Grade 4, payscale 5–6, 22.5 hours per week, 39 weeks per year. Pay: £25,583 – £25,989 (actual term‑time salary £13,429.35 – £13,951.01). Working days:
Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday (exact days negotiable).
Hours:
8:00 am – 4:00 pm weekdays. This role is part of Dudley Metropolitan Borough Council’s staffing and HR team.
We are seeking to appoint an Admin Assistant for Staffing and HR. You will work under the supervision and guidance of the Business Manager to provide efficient and effective administrative support for the school.
Responsibilities- Have an eye for detail and accuracy
- Be friendly, hard‑working and professional
- Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Be able to prioritise your own workload
- Be a good team player
- Have relevant experience relating to HR/admin
- Be focused on achieving the best outcomes for Peters Hill
- NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification relating to admin/HR
- Excellent numeracy and literacy skills
- Excellent ICT, keyboard and typing skills
- Willing to undertake the relevant training as required
Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday – 8:00 am to 4:00 pm (working hours may change to meet school needs).
