Position: Admin Assistant For Staffing And Hr
Location: Brierley Hill

ADMIN ASSISTANT – STAFFING AND HR

Hours: 22.5 hours per week, 39 weeks per year

Days: Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday (exact days can be negotiated)

Grade: 4, pt 5 – 6

Salary: £25,583 - £25,989 (Actual Term Time Salary £13,429.35 - £13,951.01)

We are seeking to appoint an Admin Assistant for Staffing and HR. You will work under the supervision and guidance of the Business Manager to provide efficient and effective administrative support for the school.

Qualifications
  • NVQ L3 or relevant subject or equivalent qualification relating to admin/HR
  • Excellent Numeracy and Literacy skills
  • Excellent ICT/keyboard/typing skills
  • Willing to undertake the relevant training as required

Hours of work: Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 8.00am – 4.00pm (working hours are subject to change in order to meet the needs of the school)

Closing Date: Friday 23 January 2026 at 12 noon

Interview Date: Friday 30 January 2026 (time to be confirmed)
