Greeting customers and assessing their vehicle service needs through effective communication
Providing expert advice on repairs and maintenance to ensure customer satisfaction
Scheduling service appointments and managing customer expectations efficiently
Preparing accurate service invoices, explaining work carried out, and providing estimates
Following up post-service to ensure customer satisfaction and obtain feedback
Assisting customers with sourcing parts, both through in-store and phone inquiries
Maintaining accurate inventory records and reordering parts as necessary
Collaborating closely with workshop teams to ensure timely parts delivery
Handling order processing, payments, and detailed documentation
Staying informed on industry products, parts, and current trends
Keeping the parts department organised, clean, and compliant with safety standards

The ideal candidate for the Aftersales Advisor role should possess:

Proven experience within a similar Aftersales, Service & Parts Advisor role within the automotive sector
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with customers and colleagues
Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Good computer literacy, particularly with parts catalogues and dealership management systems
Attention to detail in identifying parts and handling customer interactions accurately
A valid driver’s license
