Overview

We’re looking for a highly organised Project Coordinator to join a busy Project Delivery team. This role is ideal for someone with excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a natural ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues. You’ll play a central role in keeping projects on track, information flowing, and customers well supported from start to finish.

What You’ll Be Doing

* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, internal teams, and suppliers

* Act as a key point of contact, ensuring clear, timely communication at every project stage

* Coordinate people, tasks, and information to keep projects running smoothly

* Support account planning and delivery against agreed profit targets

* Track project progress, manage changes, and help resolve issues as they arise

* Maintain accurate, well-organised project documentation and records

* Prepare reports and updates for internal and external stakeholders

* Contribute to improving project processes and ways of working
