Quantity Surveyor

We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our client on a temp-to-perm basis. This hybrid role offers the chance to work across diverse projects, with a strong emphasis on life cycle tendering activities, M&E packages, contract evaluation, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Lead on tendering activities for life cycle projects and subcontract variations.

Manage commercial contract management and evaluate contracts for compliance and value.

Support financial reporting and forecasting, ensuring accuracy and transparency.

Liaise with clients and supply chain partners to deliver efficiency and value for money.

Person Specification

Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role.

Degree-level qualification in Quantity Surveying (or equivalent).

Strong knowledge of contract management principles, including NEC suite of contracts.

Experience in PFI contracts and/or hospital projects preferred; construction/M&E backgrounds also considered.

Skilled in risk management processes, mitigation, and reporting.
