Metrology Engineer to join our dynamic production team. In this key role, you will be responsible for setting up and maintaining CMM machines to ensure optimal performance and product quality

• Ensure the calibration system is in adherence to the systems or customer specific requirements.
• Carry out product measurements using the coordinate measurement machine (CMM) and laser scanner.
• Ensure that all reports are formatted to requirements analysis completed prior to distribution.
• Ensure adherence to internal timing plans for measurement programs.
• Coach and guide others on the correct use of gauging in the manufacturing environment.
• Coordinate measurement systems analysis and statistical process control studies.

• Works with precision and attention to detail.
• Proficient in the use of a Mitutoyo coordinate measurement machine (CMM) and the use of MCOSMOS(or similar) software.
