We are working with a national firm seeking a Non-Contentious Construction Locum to join their team ASAP on an ongoing basis
, while they recruit permanently.

• Drafting and negotiating construction contracts
• Advising on JCT and NEC forms
• Supporting development and infrastructure projects
• Working closely with colleagues and clients to provide practical, commercial advice

• Qualified solicitor with experience in non-contentious construction matters
• Comfortable picking up matters quickly with minimal supervision
• Available to start at short notice
• Strong communication and drafting skills

• Immediate start
