• Deliver routine, planned, and periodic cleaning for a Mitie customer, ensuring high standard service delivery and meeting all SLA agreements while following cleaning schedules.
• Maintain the hospital’s reputation for high‑quality soft services, seeking opportunities to enhance this further.
• Build positive relationships with all customers, providing excellent service and continuously improving expectations.
• Adhere to all Mitie Quality, Safety, Health, and Environmental policies and procedures.
• Work independently when appropriate, be reliable and hardworking, maintain a professional attitude, and collaborate with the team towards continuous improvement.
• Possess full working knowledge of all cleaning equipment, materials, and approved chemicals used by Mitie. Training available for suitable candidates.
