School Cleaner

We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworkin School Cleaner to join our clients located in and around the Dudley area. This is an important role within the school setting, helping to ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for pupils, staff, and visitors throughout the school day.

Key Responsibilities:

Thoroughly cleaning classrooms, corridors, offices, toilets, and other communal areas.
Sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming floors and surfaces.
Cleaning and sanitising touch points such as door handles, desks, and handrails.
Emptying bins and disposing of waste in accordance with site procedures.
Following all health & safety guidelines, COSHH regulations, and safeguarding procedures.
Reporting any maintenance issues, damage, or health and safety concerns to the appropriate staff.

Requirements:

An enhanced DBS check is essential due to the nature of the role.
Two employment references.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Previous cleaning experience is desirable but not essential.

Hours & Pay:

Part-time position: 2 hours per day
Monday to Friday
£12.21 per hour
This role involves working in a school environment. The successful applicant will be required to complete all necessary safeguarding and compliance checks in line with school policies.
