We are currently recruiting for an Assembly Operative to join a well-established manufacturing business based in Kingswinford. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for work within a supportive production environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assembling components using hand tools and basic equipment
Following assembly instructions and work specifications
Carrying out quality checks to ensure high standards are met
Working to production targets and deadlines
Maintaining a clean and safe working area
The Ideal Candidate :
Previous assembly or production experience
Good attention to detail
Able to work efficiently as part of a team
Reliable, punctual and hardworking
Comfortable with manual and repetitive tasks
